Terms and Conditions:
1. This Is NOT Medical Advice: I understand that Melissa Woodard is here to serve me by sharing education, guidance and movement based embodiment practices related to personal growth, sensual expression, and emotional expression I fully understand that Melissa Woodard and any of her associates do not consist of medical doctors or therapists and that, at this event, I am not receiving medical advice. Melissa Woodard does not claim to cure or heal any illness or injury. I understand that Melissa Woodard’s services are not offered as a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical condition.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that this class includes guided movement and embodiment exercises. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my physical and emotional wellbeing during and after the experience.
I understand that movement carries inherent risk and I agree to move at my own pace, honor my physical limitations, and modify or stop at any time if needed.
Melissa Woodard and her team are not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or emotional response that may arise from participation.
3. REFUND POLICY: By purchasing this class, I understand that I am eligible for a refund within 7 calendar following the live class held on March 14.
Refund requests must be submitted no later than March 21.
No refunds will be issued after this date. There are no transfers, credits, or exceptions outside of this refund window.
4. WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Melissa Woodard, Jake Woodard, Jake Woodard Coaching Inc., and all associated team members from any and all claims or liability for personal injury, emotional distress, illness, loss, or damages that may arise from participation in this class.
I understand that I am voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for my choices and experiences.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: I understand that this class may involve discussions of intimacy, sensuality, emotional expression, and personal growth. I take full responsibility for my reactions, interpretations, and decisions.
I acknowledge that opinions and insights shared are based on personal experience, research, and lived wisdom, and I am encouraged to form my own conclusions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All materials, teachings, recordings, and content shared within this class are the intellectual property of Melissa Woodard and Jake Woodard Coaching Inc.
